Don't cut that dash!

For over 30 years we have
made radios and other
"audio" solutions for most classic cars - street rods

Our radios fit your dash right out of the box.
No special assembly or jury rigging to make them fit.

The radios are shipped "bare" from overseas to Fullerton, CA, where our
technicians "kit" (modify) them for your classic car or truck.

Dual front and DVC speaker assemblies & upgrades
are available for original speaker areas!

All Concours radios are assembled, converted and tested here in the USA.
They are designed to fit directly into your dash with no other assembly required!

Classic Consoles began operations in 1997. Their mission was to create a high quality product line centered around the classic muscle and sports cars of the 1950s through today’s modern sports cars. During the next 3 years Classic Consoles grew to include a new building site located just north of Tallahassee, Florida, in Cairo, Georgia.

With over 40,000 consoles and drink holders sold nationwide since 1997, Classic Consoles has become the leading manufacturer of after market interior consoles designed expressly for both early and present day muscle cars.

Console products such as the “Humphugger”, “Saddle”, “Cruiser” Consoles and the “Plug & Chug” drink holders were designed and fitted to both the earlier muscle car interiors, as well as the later model muscle cars of today.

Now you can get a receiver that matches the look and fit of the factory radio in your vintage Mustang or Classic Ford, yet allows you to enjoy your iPod®, satellite radio, or other portable music player in your classic ride. Retrosound designed the Model One digital media receiver to mount in almost any classic car, using an ingenious adjustable shaft system that adapts to any dash opening. And the Model One features a chrome face, so you'll have a perfect match for your classic Mustang's interior. (Note: the Model One does not play CDs.)

Connect your iPod, MP3 player, or satellite radio
The Model One looks like an old-fashioned radio, but it offers all the modern conveniences. You can connect your iPod, MP3 player, or portable satellite radio to the front auxiliary input. Play your MP3 and WMA files you've loaded on a USB thumb drive or SD™ card — Retrosound includes a handy little card reader that you can mount it in a convenient spot. The Model One also offers excellent AM/FM reception, and will display song titles from any radio station that's broadcasting text information.

Serious power
The Model One's built-in amp delivers a rockin' 50 watts RMS per channel, twice the power of just about any receiver on the market. Best of all, you won't have to go through the hassle of installing an outboard amp so your front and rear speakers can keep up with your sub.

Installation options
Two sets of preamp outputs make it easier to add amps and subs. You can even install the Model One in a hidden location, like your trunk — Retrosound includes an RF (Radio Frequency) remote, so no line of sight is needed
