Return Policy
All returns must be made within 30 days of
the invoice date. Please
contact me prior to any
returns. Many times you will send the item back to the
manufacturer. Because all items are special ordered for you,
a 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
Shipping Charges can not be refunded.
Warranty
Information
All warranty work is handled
directly by the individual manufacturers. Please contact them if
you have any questions or problems.
Car audio, from Custom Autosound is covered by their 2 year limited
warranty. Because of Custom Autosound's process of building
the radio to fit your vehicle, every one has been bench tested before
shipping. The occurrence of defective units are very low. Also
sometimes what appears to be a defective radio, is simply connected
incorrectly. Custom Autosound's technicians handle these radios
everyday, and are happy to help. Defective car audio will be
repaired or replaced at Custom Autosound's option. If you have a
question or a problem with one of their products,
please contact them at

Shipping Information
(How long will it take?)
Orders accepted and shipping charges for items listed are
for the
United States Only!
I do not ship outside the United States.
I will place your
order with the manufacturer, the next business
day. Once they receive the purchase order
they will need time to process it and ship it to
you. If your
order is for a radio, Custom Autosound will have
to "kit" (modify) it to fit your car.
Depending on their stock situation, the time it
takes to modify your radio, and your distance
from them in California, it will generally take
toward the high end of the timeframe to get your
order. Your order
will generally get to you in the timeframe listed on
the manufacturer list below.
Usually it is quicker, but sometimes it takes
longer. Any orders that contains items
from more than one supplier, will be shipped and
arrive separately.
Since most orders are shipped directly from the
manufacturer,
I do not have access to the tracking information,
but if your order has taken longer than the
timeframe
stated below,
contact me
and I will make the necessary inquiries.
If I
do get tracking information, I will forward it
to you ASAP.
