the radio to fit your vehicle, every one has been bench tested before
shipping. The occurrence of defective units are very low. Also
sometimes what appears to be a defective radio, is simply connected

No, I'm sorry I can't. I am an
enthusiast just like you. I don't have the technical knowledge to
help you. I use the forum at
vintage-mustang.com for my Ford
related questions. I am sure if you do a search you can find many
sources for other makes as well.
Can I just order an item I am not sure about and return it if is
not what I wanted?
This is a one person business. Just
me. When you place an order it is relayed to the manufacturer for
manufacture or fulfillment to your specifications and your car. I
operate at a lower profit and pass the saving on to you. I want you
to be happy with your purchase and ask the necessary questions
before your purchase. When you return an item I still have to pay
the shipping costs to get the item to you. The item, that was made
for you, now has to be returned to the manufacturer and resold to
someone else, usually at a discount because it was opened or used.
I simply cannot afford to pay for this and provide you with low
prices. All returns must be made within 30 days, and only after
communicating with me and getting my authorization. Shipping
charges will not be refunded and a 10% restocking fee will be
retained to cover the handling of the return.
