Are you affiliated with Ford and do you sell Ford parts?
No.  I have no affiliation with Ford or any other automobile manufacturer.  The parts and accessories I sell are made with the same quality specifications, or better.  These parts and accessories will fit your Ford, GM, Mopar, or other car, but are not made by these manufacturers.

Do you have a catalog?
No.  This is an internet only business.  Everything I sell is on this website.

What do I do if I have a defective product?
All warranty work is handled directly by the individual manufacturers.  Please contact them if you have any questions or problems. 

Car audio, from Custom Autosound is covered by their 2 year limited warranty.  Because of Custom Autosound's  process of building the radio to fit your vehicle, every one has been bench tested before shipping.  The occurrence of defective units are very low. Also sometimes what appears to be a defective radio, is simply connected incorrectly.  Custom Autosound's technicians handle these radios everyday, and are happy to help.  Defective car audio will be repaired or replaced at Custom Autosound's option.  If you have a question or a problem with one of their products, please contact them at

Car audio, from RetroSound is covered by their 2 year limited warranty.  If you have a warranty issue, a question about one of their products, please contact them at 909-364-1372 or email them at support@retrosoundusa.com.  Defective car audio will be repaired or replaced at RetroSound USA's option.  All returns and warranty issues must receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. What is my car worth?
No one can tell you what your collector car is worth with out seeing and inspecting it.  If you are considering buying or selling a collector car you should contact an appraisal service, mechanic, or your local car club to help you with your transaction.

Do you have a particular part for my car?
I am a dealer for several parts & accessory manufacturers.  I have listed and stock some of the more popular products.  These manufacturers have many more products available that I do not list or stock.  You may contact me and inquire about some of the other products from these manufacturers by clicking here.  

Can you answer a technical question about my car?
No, I'm sorry I can't.  I am an enthusiast just like you.  I don't have the technical knowledge to help you.  I use the forum at TheMustangSource.com or at vintage-mustang.com for my Ford related questions.  I am sure if you do a search you can find many sources for other makes as well.

Can I just order an item I am not sure about and return it if is not what I wanted?
This is a one person business. Just me.  When you place an order it is relayed to the manufacturer for manufacture or fulfillment to your specifications and your car.  I operate at a lower profit and pass the saving on to you.  I want you to be happy with your purchase and ask the necessary questions before your purchase.  When you return an item I still have to pay the shipping costs to get the item to you.  The item, that was made for you, now has to be returned to the manufacturer and resold to someone else, usually at a discount because it was opened or used.  I simply cannot afford to pay for this and provide you with low prices.  All returns must be made within 30 days, and only after communicating with me and getting my authorization.  Shipping charges will not be refunded and a 10% restocking fee will be retained to cover the handling of the return.  If you are unsure about what you are purchasing, please ask questions. 

How long will my order take?
Can I get a tracking number?
Can you ship outside the United States?

Why can't I just call you and place my order or ask you these questions?
Again, I am a one person business.  I work a regular job and process orders and work on the website in the mornings and evenings.  I am on the computer most every morning.  I process orders then.  I have created this website to make it easy for you and simple for me, so that I can offer you lower prices.  Besides, my wife doesn't like getting calls at 3:00 in the morning.
