Classic Beginnings
 
Classic Consoles began operations in 1997. Our mission was to create a high quality product line centered around the classic muscle and sports cars of the 1950s through today’s modern sports cars. During the next 3 years Classic Consoles grew to include a new building site located just north of Tallahassee, Florida, in Cairo, Georgia.

With over 40,000 consoles and drink holders sold nationwide since 1997, Classic Consoles has become the leading manufacturer of after market interior consoles designed expressly for both early and present day muscle cars.

Our console products such as the “Humphugger™”, “Saddle™”, “Cruiser™” Consoles and the “Plug & Chug™” drink holder were designed and fitted to both the earlier muscle car interiors, as well as the later model muscle cars of today.

The Classic Consoles design team was intent on creating a series of products that provided not only functionality (drink holders and armrests), but excellent looks for the classic car interior. Our console products are fully upholstered in matching interior vinyl to blend with the original interior colors.

We also understood that our customers do not want to permanently alter their Classic car interior. With this thought in mind our design team created a console design that could be installed and uninstalled in seconds. This step proved to be significant in that it allows the “Humphugger™” , “Saddle™”, “Cruiser™” consoles and the “Plug & Chug™” to be used and enjoyed while cruising to the show---then removed in seconds for that original look! - - - and reinstalled in seconds for the cruise home.
